Does Blizzard still have GMs trolling here?

We lost one of our raid tanks to a false “real money transaction” flag last week. I know the guy personally, for over 30 years, and there is 100% no way he either bought or sold any runs. He’s not elite enough to sell runs and not desperate enough to buy them.

All I can guess is that he pissed off someone and got reported for it out of spite. Does Blizzard still have support here that can address this? He’s put in multiple tickets with the usual bot nonsense replies and been told they will not review it again. This is screwing my raid team, and my friend, over big time for something that is not true.

  1. 🤔 contact their supervisors. Idk truly that stinks.

If possible i would contact them yourselves.

  2. I hate to be that guy, but feel like false reports just don’t happen. There has to be some sort of evidence that Blizz has on their end that RMT took place for them to ban someone. They don’t just end a sub that they’re making money off because someone reports them.

They would’ve investigated and discovered that they were losing more money then the sub was worth to RMT to actually ban them, because in the end, Blizz doesn’t care about RMT, they care about RMT that costs them money.

That’s not a thing. If you’d said he was banned for chat abuse, then maybe I’d believe that, but you can’t mass report for RMT and have that work.

    No, almost never

  4. The Blizz CMs and Support folks have zero influence in discipline matters. It’s entirely handled by the ticket-based appeals system, and there is intentionally no way to try to advocate to a Blizzard employee.

  5. I think there are some Community Managers that Drakthyr monitor posts here every now and then, but nothing substantial.
